THESE TERMS These terms cover your use of https://kiah.design and the client pages, emails and text messages that come with our services. Kiah.Design is a trade name of Prana Bindu LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 2840 Southeast 36th Street, Ocala, Florida 34471 ("we", "us", "Kiah"). By using the site or our services you agree to these terms.

OUR SERVICES We provide spatial, experiential and systemic (software and process) design services, including ongoing subscriptions. What each engagement includes, its price, its schedule and who owns what is set out in your proposal or subscription agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

SIGN-IN LINKS Clients sign in through private links we send by email or text instead of passwords. Keep them to yourself. Anyone with your link can see your projects. If one is forwarded by mistake, tell us and we'll replace it.

YOUR CONTENT You keep the rights to what you send us: briefs, files, photos and messages. You give us permission to use it to provide our services to you. Please only send material you have the right to share.

PAYMENT Fees, billing dates and cancellation are set in your proposal or subscription agreement. Late or failed payments may pause work until settled.

ACCEPTABLE USE Don't use the site or our services to break the law, to send anything harmful or abusive, or to try to get into other people's accounts or our systems.

SMS TERMS (TEXT MESSAGES) Program: Kiah.Design project updates. What you'll receive: service text messages about your work with us, such as updates, task details, approvals, reports, replies to your requests, and sign-in links. How you join: you sign up yourself on our text sign-up form at https://kiah.design/texts, entering your mobile number and checking the box to agree. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. Frequency: message frequency varies with your projects. Cost: message and data rates may apply. Help: reply HELP for help, or write to studio@kiah.design. Stopping: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you've opted out, and then no more unless you opt back in by replying START. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Privacy: see our privacy policy at https://kiah.design/privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

THE SITE We work to keep the site and client pages available and accurate, but they're provided as they are, without warranties beyond those in your agreement with us.

LIABILITY To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

CHANGES We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes we'll tell current clients by email.

LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
